About your mentor
Laura is a life coach and spiritual mentor for women, yoga instructor, reiki practitioner and nutrition guide. Her own journey of healing from childhood abuse and sexual trauma drives her passion to share her wisdom and love with as many women as possible. She loves holding women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, workshops and brings a strong, inviting energy to any space she enters. She is devoted to the ushering in the rise of the feminine within us all and repairing women’s connection to their body, heart and to Mother Earth. She is highly intuitive and deeply connected. What is Somatic Tracking?
Somatic tracking is a technique used to get clients out of their mind and into their bodies. It is a mindfulness practice that is guided at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for each woman. It is a way to teach your brain that symptoms and sensations the body feels are not dangerous but, in fact, hold the truth of what needs to be addressed. Trauma sensitivities are always considered, and each person has full permission to stop at any time.
